Fluorite is not especially common in Australian collections, which makes this beautifully formed octahedral example from the Soldiers Cap Domain particularly appealing. The crystals are very clearly developed, with crisp geometry and a strong contrast against the iron stained matrix that is so characteristic of the material.
The colour is concentrated toward the crystal tips with richer purple zoning, while the paler body of the fluorite allows that variation to remain especially visible in natural light.
Interestingly, the piece is also genuinely double sided, with well formed crystals continuing across both the upper and lower surfaces. There are therefore several strong display options.

What happens if a specimen sells while I'm checking out?
Most pieces are unique and available in a quantity of one. A specimen is only secured once checkout has been completed successfully.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes. If you purchase multiple specimens, we'll combine them into one shipment wherever practical. Any excess shipping charged at checkout can be refunded once your order is packed.
Are repairs or restorations disclosed?
Yes. Any known repair, restoration, reattachment or treatment is stated in the listing.
Can I purchase a specimen as a gift?
