Dispatch

Orders are processed every weekday at our crystal studio in Victoria, Western Australia, and typically dispatched within 1 business day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on a Western Australian public holiday

International Shipping

You may be required to pay duties, taxes, and/or fees by your local government and customs office. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay these duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes. There will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. The Liminal Stone will offer a refund or exchange ONLY when an item is deemed to have a major problem or fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will happily refund faulty items within 3 days of receipt of goods in accordance with the ACCC guidelines. Refunds will be applied back to your original method of payment once approved.

Faulty Items Policy

At The Liminal Stone, we take great pride in our reputation for quality. If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item from an online purchase, please contact us immediately via email. We will need images and a description of the fault emailed to info@theliminalstone.com.

We will assess the supplied documentation and get back to you with the next step. Please keep the item in its original condition and all packaging supplied. Please note faulty items cannot be returned past 3 days of receiving your order. Any faults must be communicated with us as soon as your order has been unwrapped.
