This beautifully detailed fluorite from Milpo features a modified octahedral form, with strong stepped growth across the surface and a wonderful transparent window at the termination.
The colour is a richly saturated green in natural daylight and revealing an intense electric green when backlit. Looking through the transparent sections reveals a complex interior, with stepped internal growth and subtle zoning visible beneath the textured surface.
Pyrite is concentrated heavily along one side and around the base, forming a dense metallic cluster of well formed crystals. There are also smaller pyrite crystals scattered across the fluorite itself, which adds another layer of detail when viewed closely.
