The saturation is intense, even rivalling some of the finer Orange River material we see from southern Africa.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe composition is sculptural and beautifully balanced, with crisp, well formed quartz points rising through the front.  In natural daylight the colour becomes incredibly lively, with a bright luster on the patina and a sparkling druzy section across the back adding another layer of texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is some rougher growth through the rear, but the front is sensationally well defined, with excellent form and a very strong display angle.
